What Shipping Method are there and How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We work to send your packages as soon as possible. We have the following shipping services:

– First-Class Mail: 1-7 Days.

Bombon© accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, buying online from bombon© is safe. We use stripe as our payment portal which has been
audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most
stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Shopping from bombon© is very intuitive. Once you find an item that you would like to
purchase, add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting all your items click on
the shopping cart on the top right. Click on proceed to checkout and fill all the necessary fields
and finally click on complete order. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order
details.

How Can I Return a Product?

In order to return or exchange a garment, the garment must be unused and in perfect condition with the original label. The maximum return time will be 30 calendar days.

In order for the return to be effective, you need to contact bombon©  via hello@bombonkids.com, to verify the order and the garment to be returned or exchanged. 

Return labels are shipped with the purchased order. Customer can pack the returned items in the same box that the order was received in and supplied return label should be taped on the outside of the box.

The amount minus transaction fee will be returned immediately after verifying that the product is in perfect condition with an estimated time of between 5 and 10 working days (depending on the bank).

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, but when you have an account you can easily
see orders made and track them.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you complete an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you and in it you’ll be able to
find a tracking number for your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can not be changed, however we can cancel the order if the package has not been sent. An email must be sent to hello@bombonkids.com, with the following information:

– Name and surnames;
– Order number.

The amount minus transaction fee will be returned with an estimated time of between 5 and 10 working days (depending on the bank).
